Net value of goods up to 500 EUR
Delivery takes place within approx. 2 to 3 working days (applies to Germany; other countries have longer delivery times, e.g. due to customs activities that we cannot influence) after confirmation of payment by our shipping service provider to the agreed address (private apartment or company) by handing it over to a Receptionist found there (no packing station, post office box or similar). Before delivery, please make sure that there are no side agreements with the shipping service providers (e.g. garage, garden or neighborhood delivery), otherwise we cannot guarantee reliable delivery to you.
Delivery to the recipient takes place from Monday to Friday during the day between 9:00 and 17:00. The agreement of exact times is not possible.
The shipping costs for this shipping method in Germany are a flat rate of 7.95 euros. Delivery in the EU costs 39 euros. Delivery outside the EU is not possible.

Delivery takes place within approx. 2 to 3 working days (applies to Germany; other countries have longer delivery times, e.g. due to customs activities, which we cannot influence) after confirmation of payment by personal handover to you. Delivery dates are Monday – Friday.
If you are not personally present, please provide us with the full names of the persons who should be authorized to receive. The names must be identical to the information in an official identification document (identity card or passport – original or certified copy). For private addresses, the acceptance of the shipment must be documented by the driver, please have your valid official identification (ID card or passport – original or certified copy) ready. If you have specified a company address, delivery will be made directly to the usual postal acceptance point of the company in question without any legitimation check.

Maximum value per single delivery
The maximum value per individual delivery is 25,000 euros, a joint shipment of several orders over 25,000 euros as one packing unit is not possible for technical reasons by the shipping service provider. Our shipping service providers
We rely on proven companies for our delivery to you, which transport our goods safely and quickly. We use DHL for delivery within Germany up to 500 Euro and FedEx, UPS and Intex from 500 Euro order value and DHL for delivery outside Germany up to 500 Euro and FedEx and UPS from 500 Euro order value.
We prefer carriers such as UPS, FedEx and Intex. As global companies, they operate worldwide and guarantee that your packages will be delivered to their destination quickly and safely. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use the tracking number to track the progress of your delivery.
Self collection of ordered goods
The collection of ordered goods is possible by appointment. The goods are then ready for self-collection at our headquarters. This must be done within a period of 4 weeks. Payment shall be made as advance payment by unconditional credit to our bank account. We generally do not accept cash payment.
At the time of pickup, you will need to identify yourself for your own safety. So be sure to bring a valid official ID (identity card or passport with certificate of registration – original or certified copy). Please make sure that the address on the ID card matches the address on the purchase order. If you pick up the goods on behalf, we also need a written power of attorney in the original of the buyer and his ID for the purpose of data and signature verification. Please understand that we usually cannot accept simple copies here.
