Payment

Bank transfer (prepayment)

After completing your order, you will receive our bank details in the order confirmation. Our EUR account can receive payments in various currencies. Transfers in foreign currencies, such as USD, GBP, CHF, or JPY, are therefore generally possible. The incoming amount will be converted to EUR by the bank.

PayPal

Within Germany, you can also conveniently and securely pay for your order via PayPal.

  • Additional fees apply to PayPal payments, which we clearly display on the checkout page.
  • Delivery will only be made to the address registered with PayPal.

Important instructions

  • Credit card payments, checks or cash payments are not accepted.
  • Payments must be made exclusively by the buyer. Payments from third parties are only permitted with prior express agreement.

Shipping

Delivery time

Your order will typically be shipped within Germany within approximately 2 to 4 business days. For deliveries abroad, the delivery time may be extended due to customs clearance, security checks, and country-specific conditions. Delivery by the respective shipping provider generally takes place Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. It is not possible to arrange a specific delivery time.

Shipping costs within Germany

Net value of goods up to 500 EUR

  • Standard shipping within Germany: 7.95 EUR

Net merchandise value from EUR 500 to less than EUR 5,000

  • Standard shipping within Germany: 14.95 EUR
  • Optional Intex shipping to Germany: EUR 49.00

Net merchandise value from 5,000 EUR

  • Standard shipping within Germany: free shipping
  • Optional Intex shipping to Germany: EUR 69.00

Note regarding Intex shipping within Germany

Upon request, we offer alternative shipping within Germany via Intex. Depending on availability, this shipping method allows for more precise delivery timing, particularly regarding the delivery day and a more specific delivery window. The exact details will be arranged in advance and depend on the delivery address and the capabilities of the shipping provider.

Shipping costs for deliveries outside of Germany depend on the destination country and the respective shipping zone.

Maximum value per delivery

The maximum value per individual shipment is €25,000. If the value of an order exceeds €25,000, delivery will automatically be made in several separate shipments. Combining multiple orders exceeding €25,000 into a single package is not possible. The applicable shipping costs, as outlined above, will apply to each partial shipment.

International shipments outside the European Union

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges incurred in the recipient country. These are not calculated by us but may be collected separately by the respective shipping provider. Therefore, please inform yourself about the regulations applicable in your country before placing your order.

Notice in case of refused acceptance

If a shipment is not delivered or the recipient refuses acceptance, for example because import duties or other charges are not paid, additional return, storage, or processing costs may apply. Details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

Our shipping service providers

We work exclusively with established transport companies that guarantee secure and traceable transport of valuables. Depending on the value of the goods, destination country, delivery address, and logistical availability, shipping is primarily handled by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or Intex. After shipment, you will receive an email with the shipment details and a tracking link.

Insurance coverage

Every shipment is 100% insured. The insurance coverage is valid until personal delivery to the recipient or to a person authorized by them.
