Bank transfer (prepayment)
After completing your order, you will receive our bank details in the order confirmation.
Payments can be made in EUR to our Euro account or in USD to our USD account.
If paying in a different currency (e.g., GBP, CHF, JPY), the transfer must be made to our EUR account . In this case, your bank or payment service provider will automatically convert the amount to EUR.
Payments in foreign currencies to our USD account are automatically declined.
PayPal
You can also pay for your order conveniently and securely via PayPal.
PayPal payments incur additional fees, which we display transparently on the checkout page.
- PayPal payments from outside the EU are only available to existing customers with a verified PayPal account. First-time customers from outside the EU must pay by bank transfer (prepayment).
Important instructions
Credit card payments, checks or cash payments are not accepted.
Payments may only be made by the buyer. Payments from third parties are not permitted without prior express agreement.
Shipping
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes approximately 2 to 3 business days (in Germany). For deliveries abroad, delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance and country-specific conditions. Delivery takes place Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Specific delivery times cannot be agreed upon.

Maximum value per delivery
The maximum value per individual delivery is EUR 25,000. If the value of an order exceeds EUR 25,000, it will automatically be delivered in several separate shipments. Combining multiple orders over EUR 25,000 as a single shipment is not possible. The applicable shipping costs will apply for each partial delivery, in accordance with the above regulations.
International shipments (outside the EU)
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes applicable in the recipient country. These are not charged by us; they may be collected separately by the shipping service provider. Please check the applicable regulations in your country before ordering.
Notice in case of refused acceptance
If a shipment is not delivered or the recipient refuses acceptance, e.g., because import duties or other charges are not paid, additional return, storage, or processing costs may be incurred. Details are governed by our Terms and Conditions (§ 3.6).
Our shipping providers
We work exclusively with established transport companies (UPS, FedEx, Intex, DHL) that guarantee the secure transport of valuables. After shipment, you will receive an email with the shipment details and a tracking link.
Insurance coverage
Every shipment is 100% insured – regardless of the value of the goods. Insurance coverage is valid until personal delivery to the recipient or a person authorized by you.
