Right of withdrawal and exceptions
Our presentation of goods in the online store may include – depending on the offer – both rare coins (so-called precious metal products) with variable prices and accessories with fixed prices (so-called gift items). The price of precious metal products depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which we have no control and which may occur within the otherwise existing withdrawal period. Therefore, according to the legal regulation (§ 312g para. 2 No. 8 BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for consumers in the case of precious metal products, even in the case of online sales. The order of a precious metal product therefore becomes binding directly upon receipt by us and cannot be revoked by you. There is also no right of withdrawal for personalized gift items (e.g. with name engraving). When purchasing other products from our range, on the other hand, the consumer has a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. For product details, please refer to the respective product description.
