Right of withdrawal and exceptions
Depending on the offer, our product presentation in the online shop may include both precious metal products, especially rare coins whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market, and other products with fixed prices.
For precious metal products, especially rare coins made of gold, platinum, palladium, or silver, there is no right of withdrawal under the statutory regulations if their price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which we have no control and which may occur within the withdrawal period. This applies in particular to coins and precious metal products whose price is based on the precious metal market, exchange rates, market prices, or other price-determining factors of the financial market.
In these cases, your order is binding upon conclusion of the contract and cannot be revoked according to the regulations on the statutory right of withdrawal.
There is also no right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs, for example personalized gift items or personalized accessories.
If you have a statutory right of withdrawal for a product, the following regulations apply.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. This can be done, for example, by post, email, or via the electronic withdrawal function “Withdraw from contract” provided on our website.
The electronic cancellation function can be accessed in the footer of our website via the link “Cancel contract”. After entering or confirming the required information, you can submit your cancellation notice electronically using the confirmation function “Confirm cancellation”. Upon using this function, we will immediately send you an electronic confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, in particular by email, containing the content of your cancellation notice as well as the date and time of its receipt.
You can also use the sample cancellation form provided below for your cancellation, but this is not mandatory.
The electronic cancellation function is available in addition to the other legal options for declaring cancellation and does not establish a right of cancellation insofar as a right of cancellation is excluded by law.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
