This 2004 edition was certified by PCGS with the highest grading PR70 Deep Cameo (DCAM), making it the only one currently available from PCGS.

in the center – the emblem of the Bank of Russia [the two-headed eagle with the wings facing down, below – the semicircular inscription – “Bank of Russia”, framed by a circle of dots and inscriptions on the edge: above – “Fifty Rubles”, below – the year of issue “2004”, the letters on the left indicate the metal mark and fineness, on the right – the fineness and the mint mark.
