The inscriptions along the edge are framed by a circle of dots: above — “3 РУБЛЯ 1993 г.” (3 RUBLES 1993), below — “БАНК РОССИИ” (BANK OF RUSSIA).

Information:
The Ivan the Great Bell Tower was built in 1508 in the Moscow Kremlin. At the beginning of the 17th century, Tsar Boris Godunov had the tower raised to 81 metres. In 1624, Master B. Ogurtsov built an extension named after Patriarch Filaret, which housed a sacristy.
