The Panama 500 Balboas coin, minted in 1978 by the Franklin Mint, is a commemorative issue celebrating the 30th anniversary of the founding of the OAS (Organization of American States). With a mintage of only 2009, this coin is a rare and sought-after collector’s item.

With PR69 Deep Cameo, this was rated and certified by the PCGS as a so-called Top Pop, meaning there is no better rated edition by the PCGS.
