You see here the first issue of the Noah’s Ark series from the year 2017 in gold in the minting quality Proof. This edition was issued at that time only very strictly limited.

Front:

On the front you will see the eponymous motif of Noah’s Ark in a symbolic scene from the biblical story of Noah’s Ark, in which Noah sent a dove that returned with an olive branch. Noah’s Ark is depicted in the center of the motif. In the background the Armenian mountains with Mount Ararat are illuminated by the sun. In front you can see the dove. Noah’s Ark is written in Armenian along the top edge, and NOAH’S ARK is written along the bottom right edge.

Back:

The Armenian coat of arms is depicted on the reverse of the coins as a national emblem. To the right, below the coat of arms, the weight (1/2 oz) and the fineness (Au 999.9) are indicated. To the left, below the Armenian coat of arms, you will find the mint mark of the LEV (Limited Economic Administration). The face value in Dram (25,000 Dram) is inscribed in both English and Armenian directly below the coat of arms. Below the face value is the year of issue, 2017. The lower edge inscription reads “REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA,” which is also inscribed in Armenian above.
