This is the 1 oz edition from 2020 of the well-known Libertad gold coin from Mexico.

On one side of the Libertad gold coin you can see Victoria, the goddess of victory, as a symbol of Mexico’s independence. The motif for this was the monument El Angel de la Independencia in Mexico City. In the background of the Libertad 2020 Mexico 1 oz gold coin, one can see a depiction of the two volcanoes Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl. Additionally imprinted are the fineness and the year of minting.

The other side of the Libertad gold coin features Mexico’s national coat of arms and the text “Estados Unidos Mexicanos” (“United States of Mexico”), surrounded by ten historical forms of the coat of arms.

This “Early Releases” edition has been rated and certified by NGC with the highest grade, MS70. This also makes it a top pop-up book.
