This is the 1965 $25 gold coin from Liberia.
The coin was minted as a commemorative issue in honor of President William Tubman’s 70th birthday.
The gold coin was certified by the NGC and graded with a very high grade of MS68(certificate test).
Only two issues have been rated better by the NGC to date.
