FALKLAND ISLANDS – 1979 – 150 POUNDS – FALKLAND FUR SEAL – NGC MS67
This is a 1979 Falkland Islands £150 gold coin in excellent Mint State quality. It is part of a very limited series of only 488 pieces.
The coin has received an NGC grade of MS67 and comes along with the authentic mint certificate.
As a special offer, we are adding the two accompanying silver coins depicting “Humpback Whale” and “Steamboat Ducks” at no additional cost. This gives you a complete, thematically coordinated set.
The obverse of the coin features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, accompanied by the inscription “QUEEN ELIZABETH THE SECOND.”
Shown on the reverse is a South American sea lion, also known as a southern or Patagonian sea lion, with the appropriate designation.
