This is the 2016 Wedge Tailed Eagle 1 Oz High Relief Gold Coin with a face value of 100 AUD (Australian Dollars). The number of copies worldwide is only 967.
The big special feature of this edition is the certification by the NGC with PF70 UCAM (Ultra Cameo). In addition, the slab also bears the original signature of the designer of this beautiful gold coin, John Mercanti.
On the obverse of the gold coin is the inscription “Wedge-Tailed Eagle”, the year of issue and the mint mark. The reverse of the gold coin shows Queen Elizabeth II and the face value.
