This is the 5 francs Gold coin from the year 1961 from Katanga. Katanga was independent only from 1960-1963 and has been part of the Democratic Republic of Congo since then.

The gold coin was certified by the PCGS and graded with a very high grade of MS65; only 10 coins have ever been graded better by the PCGS.
