The image depicts Alexander Pushkin holding a notebook and a quill pen. During his exile to Mikhailovskoye in the province of Pskov from 1824 to 1826, the poet wrote the main chapters of the verse novel “Eugene Onegin”, cycles of some love poetry and the tragedy “Boris Godunov”, which became a decisive moment in his creative development.
