What makes this specimen very special is that it is certified by PCGS with the PR70DCAM (Deep Cameo) grade. As of today, there are only two equally rated editions at PCGS. Since PR70DCAM is also the highest grade on the scale, there will never be a better rated edition. In addition, the coin was protected by PCGS through the “NFC anti-counterfeiting technology”.

Bilibin, below the semicircular inscription “Bank of Russia”), framed by a circle of dots and inscriptions along the circle: above – “200 rubles”, below – “2000”, on the left – the metal denomination and purity grade of the precious metal, as well as the mint mark.

On the back – an angry snow leopard, on the background – outlines of the mountains, on the right – the sun, soaring bird, on the circle – the inscription: “Save our world”.

History

The snow leopard lives in the Primorsky region of the Far East. Its body length reaches 130 cm and the tail length up to 105 cm. The snow leopard is threatened with extinction because its food supply is decreasing and it is kept in zoos (bred in captivity). It is listed in the Red Book of the International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources.
