This is a 1979 Falkland Islands £150 gold coin in excellent Mint State quality. It is part of a very limited series of only 488 pieces.

The coin has received a PCGS grade of MS66.

The obverse of the coin features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, accompanied by the inscription “QUEEN ELIZABETH THE SECOND.”

Shown on the reverse is a South American sea lion, also known as a southern or Patagonian sea lion, with the appropriate designation.
