You see here the 100 pesos gold coin from Cuba from 1993 with the motive “Founding of Cuba – 478 years of holiday”.

This coin has an extremely small mintage of only 100 pieces.

The motif on the obverse side with the coat of arms and the symbol is unique in the entire history of gold coins from Cuba. As far as is known, no other gold coin has ever had such a design.

Next to the coat of arms there is another symbol in the form of a mirror/coat of arms on the side, with a female figure on the top and a horseman with a bow on the bottom. To the right of the icon you can see five spears/arrows depicted.
